CHOJNACKI, Adam. Born in Swięte (Poland) June 1, 1933. Adam passed away peacefully on Feb 1, 2020. Predeceased by loving wife Edwina and son Jan. Lovingly remembered by daughters Anna with husband Darcey, Teresa and grandchildren Krystyna, Rachel, and Derik. He will be fondly remembered for his strong work ethic and amazing veggie garden.
