KER, Audrey Jane
Audrey passed away peacefully on July 25, 2015 in her room at Westminster House after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Montreal, Quebec on April 20, 1931 at the Royal Victoria Hospital. She moved at a very young age to Ottawa where she graduated from Lisgar Collegiate Institute. After graduation she entered Royal Victoria Hospital School of Nursing. She graduated as a Nurse in 1953 and married Thomas Ker. In 1989 they moved from Belleville, Ontario to White Rock, BC. Her husband predeceased her in 2000. She is survived by her children, Christopher (Roberta), Robert (Constance), Nancy (Donald) and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was loved dearly and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation. A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Mark - Ocean Park Anglican Church on August 4 at 2:00 pm.
