Cecil passed away on February 25th, 2016. He is predeceased by his wife Marie. Survived by his daughter Lisa (Ken), grandson Karl, sister Therese and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Morgan Heights for the exceptional care Cecil received in his last months.
