Daphne passed away peacefully at Melville Hospice, at the age of 98.
She was predeceased by husband Carl in 2005.
Survived by her loving children, Wendy (Rolly); Owen; and Daphne (Ted); Grandchildren; Steve, Tom, Courtney, Andrew, Jeff, Graham, Kye, Brennan; and 18 Great Grandchildren.
One of her proudest achievements in life was graduating from VGH school of nursing, and becoming a registered nurse, in 1947.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
