Doreen Lilian McDonald

Doreen died October 1 2 t h, 2019 at the age of 89 years at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock.
She was born in Vancouver in 1930 to Alexander and Clara Jamieson, married John McDonald in 1965 and worked for the Vancouver Police Department, retiring in 1985. She was close to her aunt and uncle Myrtle and Henry Eddie during their lifetime.
She was preceded in death by her husband, sister Jean Fry, cousins Eileen Wiley, Joan Watson, and Dorothy Hunter, and nephew Thomas Fry. She is survived by her niece Kathleen Fry, nephews Doug and Brian Fry, and cousins Rosemary Eddie, Margaret Edgecombe and Don, Bob, Lloyd and Stanley Skelton, as well as children and grandchildren of cousins and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held November 23rd at the Villa Pacific Amenities Room at 15185 22nd Ave, Surrey BC from 2 to 4 pm.
