It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Elly. Following an extended period of declining health, she died peacefully on December 14th, 2020 at the age of 91.
Elly was born in a farming community in Placiszewo, Poland, and immigrated to Canada in 1947. She married, raised her family, and made her home in Winnipeg, Manitoba and later in White Rock, BC.
Her final years were spent in Osoyoos, BC. Elly was predeceased by her husband Wilhelm and her daughter Barbara. She will be fondly remembered by her son George (Brenda), her sister Doris (John), her grandchildren Grace, Jordan, and Corbin, her nephew Jeremy (Danica), and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Salvation Army.
