Age 87 years, passed away peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital on July 15, 2005.
He was predeceased by his parents; two brothers Sam and Ralph, one sister Carol. Frank is survived by his wife Kathlyn (Katie); brother William (Bill) Gardner; two daughters Jeannette (Jack) Kelly and Ruth (John) Thompson; two stepdaughters Mary-Louise (Patrick) Garrison and Kathlyn (Tom) Jensen: seven grandchildren,; two stepgrandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and many other family and close friends.
He served his country in the 1st Canadian Armoured Brigade Army Troops, Ontario Regiment, Calgary Regiment WWII.
Frank was also an active volunteer in his community as a member of the Shrine, Rotary and Royal Canadian Legion.

A Memorial Service was held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 21, 2005 at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 - 28th Ave., Surrey.
