Hazel passed away peacefully with family by her side. She is survived by Herbert, her loving husband of 41 years, son Richard (Kathleen), granddaughters, Christine and Katherine. Hazel was predeceased by her parents, Hilda and Wilfred Fenner and grandfather Frederick Fenner.
The family would like to thank the caring staff of Czorny and Dr. Willms. There will be no service by request. In lieu of flowers, a donation in her name can be made to the charity of your choice. Hazel will be deeply missed and remembered by all who knew her.
