Passed away peacefully with his family at his side. Jack is survived by his wife Irene of 62 years, Sons Mike (Susan), Tim, daughter Kathy. Grandchildren Melanie (Tristan), Ryan, Diane, Jake, Kim, Christy, Jackie, Mitchell. The family is forever grateful for the loving care Jack received at George Derby Veteran Care Home in Burnaby.
Celebration of life will be held at St John's Presbyterian Church, 1480 George St. White Rock on October 19, 2016 at 2:00 PM. If desired, donations can be made to "Operation Smile" Jack!s favourite charity.
