REGAN, John
July 25, 1950 – February 12, 2017
John Regan, age 66, died peacefully Sunday, February 12th, 2017, at his home in White Rock. He is survived by his former wife of 30 years, Suzyn, three sons, John (Sirrekka); Mike (Keltie) and Billy (Anna), as well as his first grandchild Carmella Mae, brothers Tony and Damian (Elaine), and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
He was born on July 25, 1950 in Toronto, Ontario as the second son of Irish immigrants John and Catherine Regan. John spent his childhood in Florida and Burnaby, his early adult life in the Kootenays and Calgary, and eventually settled in White Rock with the love of his life, wife Suzyn and their three sons.
John worked in the plumbing and heating industry, opening and managing branches in Alberta and British Columbia. He also was an accomplished pilot and scuba dive instructor. A family man, he possessed a gift of a quiet humor, and everyone who knew him knew his laugh.
The family thanks everyone for their well wishes and have planned for a Catholic Mass at 1pm Friday February 17 2017 at Good Shepherd Church at 2250 150th St Surrey, with a
Celebration of Life to follow at 330pm at 16044 9th Ave Surrey.
