Johnny Gill

Of White Rock, B.C. died Monday, June 9, 2003 as the result of a car accident near Great Sand Dunes National Monument in Southern Colorado.

He was born on Feb. 5, 1983 in Kamloops and attended elementary school in Breckenridge, Colorado and High School at the Saddlebrook Academy near Tampa, Florida where he specialized in golf. Johnny had many friends in the White Rock area and was a lover of the outdoors. His trip to the Sand Dunes was typical of his frequent camping outdoors. Johnny had returned to White Rock in early June for a short visit, which included a trip to Shuswap Lake where he liked to spend most of his summers. Cremation took place in Colorado and his remains will be scattered in the waters off White Rock, Shuswap Lake, Maui and in the Rocky Mountains around Breckenridge, Colorado, all places where Johhny enjoyed the great outdoors.

Open House in memory of Johnny Gill. His family, Jack, Vicki, Zoe, Randy and Kim invite Johnny's friends to attend an open house in his honour at the Hill home at 14689 - 32 Avenue (at King George Hwy) in South Surrey on June 21 between 2 and 6 p.m.
