It is with great fondness that we remember Lynne Galpin and her impact on the lives of her caring husband Lloyd, loving children Mark (Janine), Leslie (Agnes), Greg (Laura), Dave (Susan), and Betty-Anne (Robert); grandchildren Clarissa, Anna, Ewan, Jesse (Lindsey), and Matti (Becca); great grandchild Caden; brother Rob; Aunt Anna; cat Jake; and many lifelong friends.
In 1986 Lynne married Lloyd Galpin; together they shared 33 years of marriage and we enjoyed them together as they supported and loved our family.
Lynne had a long, diverse and accomplished career that included many happy years with A.J. Forsyth, Orr Development, and BC Ferries, which is where she first met her husband Lloyd.
Lynne was appreciated for her generosity, love, strength, wit and intelligence. Lynne was the best mother, mother-in-law, grandma and wife.
Lynne's family extends its thanks to all the staff at Peace Arch Memorial Hospital, and a special thank you belongs to Dr. Jesse Shustik for his exceptional care for Lynne over the years.
We miss Lynne greatly and remember her with love.
