March 18, 1948 - April 8, 2019
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our mom, Margaret Anne Everitt (Ginther) on April 8 2019 at the age of 71. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandma, great grandma and friend.
Mom married the love of her life Cliff on July 9, 1966. They started their 52 years of marriage in Bon Accord, AB, then eventually moving to White Rock, BC, where they raised their children. Later moving to Abbotsford, BC, they spent their winters in Mesa, AZ, where she loved her time surrounded by family and friends.
Mom was born on March 18, 1948 in Nordegg, AB, and was an active volunteer throughout her life, but her passion was always her family, especially her grandchildren. She never missed a hockey game, swim-meet, theatre play or school event. If her grandchildren were in it, she was there - she was their strongest and loudest cheerleader.
Mom is survived by her husband Cliff; her four children Gary (Monica), Joelle (Mike), Mike (Nazly), Laura (Mike); her nine grandchildren Kylie, Jordyn, Jackson, Grace, Nicholas, Mayia, Zara, Xyla, Darius; her great-grandson Nixon; her four siblings Harvey (Lynn), Pat, Dale (Donna) and Janette (Kerry), and many nieces and nephews.
Please join us in celebrating Mom's life on Friday April 26 at 1pm at Newlands Golf & Country Club in Langley BC. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice in Mom's name.
