Born in Great Yarmouth, England.It is with deep sadness that we share the news that our beloved husband, father, grandfather and father-in-law Ronald Tunbridge passed away peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital on Thursday March 14 2019 at the age of 89. Ron will be remembered as a brilliant teacher, an inspiration to many. He was a person with an unfailing zest for life, love, laughter, and adventure, who delighted in making people smile.
His love for Rhona, his wife of 58 years, was evident to anyone who saw them together.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Rhona; his children, Rhona and Walt Segarra, Tracy Tunbridge, Jill Tunbridge, David Tunbridge, Mary Mackay, and Ronald Tunbridge; and his grandchildren, John, Taylore, David, and Erica.
Ron taught us all to remember that what matters in our lives is not what we have, but who we have. He taught us that life is beautiful.
