On Tuesday, March 1, 2022, Shawn Laird McNabb, loving husband and father of three children, died in a fatal crash on his way to work.
Shawn was born on July 7, 1968, to John and Mary-Lou McNabb. On March 30, 1991, Shawn married Tracy Loewen. They raised two sons, Colby and Brooks, and one daughter, Shaughnessy.
Shawn is survived by his wife, Tracy, and sons, Colby and Brooks, and daughter Shaughnessy. Shawn was also well loved by extended family members, long-time friends and colleagues.
Shawn was predeceased by his father, John, and survived by his mother, Mary-Lou, stepfather, Peter, and his sister, Michelle (Hugh).

A celebration of Shawn's life will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 12 noon to 4 pm at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 2350 148 Street, Surrey, BC V4A 4M7.
