Shirley Doreen Rines (nee Hudson)

May 27, 1928 - December 20, 2019
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mom. She is reunited with our dad, Jack Rines, and our brother, John Rines, and leaves behind her children Bruce
(Stephanie), Susan (Lance), Bill (Wendy), 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, her siblings Joe (Kay), Sue, cousins, nieces and nephews.
When people think of Shirley, they picture her in her gardens. Her blue eyes sparkled when she talked of 'gardening', but they also lit up in so many other areas of her life.
Her life was like her garden; full of variety, sometimes organized and arranged and sometimes an eclectic mix, ever changing, always growing but always with the same
solid foundation.
Mom had a passion for living life, dealing with obstacles in her pathway, and smiling through it all. She lived this way right until her last day.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb 29th at 1 pm at Victory Memorial Funeral Home. We hope you can join her family in celebrating the life of this wonderful woman who had such a profound affect on all the lives she touched.
