MINOSKY, William (Bill). Bill passed away in Surrey on March 9, 2013 at the age of 95. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Memorial Service will be held in his honour on Saturday, March 23rd at 10:00am at the Fraser Heights Funeral Home, 14835 Fraser Hwy, Surrey. A Celebration of Life will follow upstairs of the funeral Home.
