In an earlier correspondence, I expressed concern about the amenity expenditure on the electric-vehicle charging stations.
Over the course of the summer, I have noticed that the charging station has been vandalized several times, but last Saturday was the first time I have seen the charging station being used: an $80K Tesla with Washington licence plates.
The owner wasn’t even in the library – he was in the Starbucks across the street.
And we paid for his “free” fill-up!
