I visited Semiahmoo Library on Sunday and was disturbed how parents who bring their toddlers to the library permit them to scream, cry and commit all the nuisances that are disturbing to other users.
I applaud these families for taking the time to bring their children to the library and spending quality reading and computer time with them, but this should not be at the expense of other users.
