My husband and I were part of this great neighbourhood cleanup on Earth Day. Great people, organized by Tammy (Ritchie) and Joe.
My thought, to help this horrible amount of garbage dumped here, in empty lots, along Colebrook Road, etc. is maybe to make the Surrey transfer station site cheaper, announce that in the newspaper, make a big deal of it and maybe, just maybe, people will use it.
