I am confused and amused regarding the outrage over the biofuel plant that is proposed for Semiahmoo First Nation land.
Those who are making noise seem to have forgotten they live on First Nation property, stolen or otherwise. What they are demanding is the same as if they demanded that the U.S. not build the power plant in Bellingham.
First Nations are sovereign.
