While shopping at Walmart, my friend, a woman in her later 70s, went to the restroom at the front of the store.
She left her bag of items, not yet paid for, outside the door.
She also put her cane in the bag as she didn’t feel she needed it at that time.
When she came out, the bag was there as was the merchandise, but her cane was gone.
I just hope whoever took it needs it more than she does.
