Kudos to the White Rock City gardeners who do such a great job making the city look attractive. The hanging baskets are exceptional and the design in even the smallest patches beside crosswalks shows knowledge and creativity.
I’m also impressed by the use of autumn leaves to build up the soil for coming years. What a contrast between the thoughtful practices of City gardeners and the sloppy, uncaring work of so many of the so called ‘landscapers’ used by apartment block stratas.
