You must mention both sides of the story…
I think you failed to mention how far behind schedule the Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre was.
Now, we have many problems with design and quality at the pool. Things are broken and not repaired, the design of the change rooms and sauna is faulty and missing many parts. This pool was not properly tested before opening and many parts were breaking down during the first month.
A reward to people who don’t even know how to design and build properly is a funny joke. Good one.
