LETTERS: Playground could be year-round attraction at park

Editor:

Instead of concrete and sprinklers near the museum and Memorial Park, why not install rubberized flooring and make the area a children’s playground, with slides, monkey bars, etc.?

Certainly, it would be more user-friendly than concrete sprinklers no one is going to use.

Even in winter, the playground could be used.
