Re: Price to pay for city’s oversight, Sept. 15 letter.

A friend of mine saw the meter maid writing a ticket, with two minutes left on the meter.

At another incident, I saw from the restaurant my car getting a ticket with 10 minutes left. I went outside to collect it and was followed by the guy into the restaurant to get the ticket back. I still have it.

The question is – is this behaviour by the City of White Rock legal?
