An open letter t0 Mayor McCallum and members of Surrey city council:
I have studied this budget and I am adamantly opposed to it.
We Surrey residents cannot afford these huge tax increases, especially during this pandemic.
People are losing their jobs, their incomes, facing serious health issues, homelessness and other serious matters, all because you have a personal vendetta against our Surrey RCMP.
If this budget gets rammed through, it will bankrupt the City of Surrey.
I demand that you stop this travesty immediately.
No taxation without representation.
