The volunteer team at the Emergency Weather Shelter (EWS) wishes to thank the many individuals who have made generous donations of gift certificates, clothing, and small toiletry items this fall.
Also, a big thank you to the Rotary Club of White Rock for their generous cash donation, and Semiahmoo House and friends for their donation of many new blankets and high-quality weatherproof gloves.
We wish to acknowledge and thank Options, who supply essential staffing, and Sources who distribute food.
The nights are cold and wet for homeless folks, so a wholehearted thank you to Peace Portal Church for offering shelter nightly.
