On Aug. 20, while walking south on 152 Street, I was hit by an electric scooter on the sidewalk. I was carried 12 to 15 feet, hit my head on the scooter and landed on my leg.
The public walking by were so good to me. They phoned 911 and a nurse stayed with me the whole time. I have several injuries, but I will survive. I’d like to thank all those good people who helped me.
