Re: Iconic white rock deserves respect, July 17 letters.
I completely agree with Michael King regarding having respect for the white rock. My husband and I were walking July 14 on the Promenade at East Beach.
We were asked by three different couples how far was it to the “white rock.” All three couples were from the U.S.: Memphis, California and Texas. All of them had driven to Canada and on their travels wanted to see the “white rock” in White Rock.
How nice it would be if there were no logs or climbers all over the rock and if there was an information board.
