Good grief. I just cannot believe it – all the pros and cons of the colour blue versus black.
Perhaps city hall should call a meeting every time it does something.
I, for one, think that black is a very classic colour for things like gates, fences, railings, etc.
What a waste of time this has caused. Surely there are infinitely more important issues that need to be attended to, rather than the petty one of the colour of paint on the railing on the beach.
