I would like to suggest that we go back to the good old days when people like Allan Shoenborn were chained to a ring on the wall, and shared their food with the rats, on a first-come, first-served basis.
(Editor’s note: Shoenborn was found guilty but not criminally responsible for the 2008 deaths of his three children.)
The pathetic leniency to a creep like him makes this country a laughing stock worldwide. Not criminally responsible – what a joke.
