Curious that when there is a natural disaster, human beings join together to help each other survive and restore destruction and order with world support (including WHO and NATO).
Where is the human will and grit to stop a human being-created war of intentional destruction and killing of civilians?
The same human beings don’t seem to grasp the same requirements and effort are required to restore property, law and order.
