Hockey fans will get their first taste of Western Hockey League action at the Langley Events Centre on September 23

Game on!

The Vancouver Giants will play their first home game at the Lanlgey Events Centre on Friday, Sept. 23.

The Giants — who are moving to Langley after 15 years at the Pacific Coliseum — will host the Everett Silvertips that night to start their Western Hockey League season.

Puck drop will be 7:30 p.m.

The rest of the team’s 72-game schedule is expected to be released later this month.
