The month of November has been good to the White Rock-South Surrey Titans.
Last weekend in Kamloops, the football association’s midget squad won a nine-a-side midget provincial championship with a 50-0 win over Prince George – a win that came just one week after the squad won a Vancouver Mainland Football League title.
The association’s younger teams got into the act, too, with three qualifying for the playoffs and one – the peewee Titans – winning a VMFL title.
The peewee Titans finished first after a low-scoring 8-6 over Cloverdale on Nov. 20.
The White Rock-South Surrey atom-division Titans, meanwhile, made it to VMFL semifinals before they lost to North Surrey 16-6.
