Re: Make 30 km/h limit in cities, July 21 letters
I couldn’t agree more with letter-writer Dagmar Cox about the 30 km/h limit on streets in White Rock.
Every day outside Blue Frog Studios I observe cars and motorbikes speeding on Johnston “Highway” on their way to and from the beach.
Even the skateboarders are exceeding the speed limit. City Coun. Dave Chesney actually brought forward a successful motion to have all streets in White Rock set at the 30 km/h limit, but without enforcement nothing will change.
